By entering the Earth Day Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements listed below.
1. Sponsor & Organizer: The Giveaway is hosted and sponsored by Rosy Soil, in partnership with Plant Doc and Sacred Elements (collectively, the “Sponsors”). This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or any other platform used to promote it.
2. Eligibility: United States, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
3. Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins on Friday, April 18, 2025, at 12:00 AM PT and ends on Friday, April 25, 2025, at 11:59 PM PT (the “Entry Period”).
4. How to Enter: To enter, participants must:
- Follow @RosySoil, @SacredElements, and @PlantDoc on Instagram.
- Comment on the official giveaway post.
- For an extra entry: Tag friends in the comments (each tag = extra entry).
- Share the giveaway post to Instagram Stories and tag us for a bonus entry.
- Enter your email on the giveaway landing page for 5 additional entries.
Multiple entries are allowed through the optional actions listed above. Any attempts at fraudulent entries (e.g., using bots, duplicate accounts, or other methods) will result in disqualification.
5. Prize & Winner Selection: Prize Package (Total Value: $220)
One (1) winner will receive:

Winner Selection & Notification: The winner will be selected via a random draw using a giveaway picker tool. The draw will take place on Saturday, April 26, 2025. The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram and/or email (if provided). The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If no response is received, an alternate winner will be selected. The prize will be shipped within 14 days of winner confirmation.
6. General Conditions: The Sponsors reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond their reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.
The Sponsors are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, lost or delayed entries, or technical failures of any kind.
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsors from any liability related to the Giveaway, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in the emails. Your information will never be sold or shared outside of these partners.
8. Agreement to Rule: By participating in this Giveaway, you fully and unconditionally agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification at the Sponsors' sole discretion.
