Houseplant Soil

You just gave your plants a serious upgrade.

Rosy Houseplant Soil is built around biochar — an ingredient that improves drainage, feeds beneficial microbes, and sequesters carbon in your soil long-term. Here's everything you need to get the most out of it.

Soil Mates

What Makes It Look Different

Rosy Soil appears darker than most potting mixes — that's the biochar doing its job. That unique texture is what creates airflow around roots that most soils can't match. Your plant will settle in fast.

How To Use

Remove your plant from its pot

Shake off old soil from roots

Add Rosy Houseplant Soil to the base

Place your plant in the pot

Fill with soil and water thoroughly

Pro-Tips

Biochar tends to settle, just shake bag before use.

When your first use Rosy, you might notice it stains your hands black. It washes right off! If you notice the water in your plant saucer looks dark, it's just the biochar and it's a good thing!

Because of the beneficial fungi in our mixes, Rosy Soil occasionally sprouts a few mushrooms. There's nothing wrong with your soil, quite the opposite!
